ABOUT ME
"If you want to learn what someone fears losing, watch what they photograph."
One day I decided to unpack my life from my suitcases for a while and open the door to my creativity, started something all the more exciting: photographing people and revealing part of their intimate selves and life style. As a curious and generous person, I sometimes capture remote events but always close stories.
I studied a postgraduate degree in photojournalism at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, UAB as well as portraiture, documentary photography and writing in different renowned centres, such as CFD, Datecuenta, IEFC and Pati Llimona.
I trained professionally at the newspaper El Periódico de Catalunya.
For my work or as a volunteer, I had the chance to travel throughout Europe extensively and to some extent to the USA, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. It allowed me to see different social and cultural realities, developing my taste for social photography and portraiture.
Until now, I have lived and worked in Spain, France and the UK.
I currently spend my time between Barcelona, where I relocated in 2009 and the South of France (Toulouse), where I was born.
